Jason has been involved in managing property as well as buying and selling real estate since 1995.  As a property investor he has built a diverse portfolio that includes residential and commercial properties.  This experience enables REAA to think like landlords, to anticipate the issues and manage the properties with the same care and attention as if they were our own.

Maryanne Woolcock – Senior Property Manager

Maryanne’s professional skill set with regards to systems and processes is second to none.  With a financial services background in operations management, her enthusiasm for property management is evident in her day-to-day dealings with all matters regarding client needs.  Maryanne utilises proven management systems and procedures to ensure all properties are well maintained and receiving the best possible rental return on investment.  She is always contactable and believes that communication is the key to successful lasting relationships between owners, tenants and property managers.  She possesses an exceptional ethic and client focus.  As a result, she consistently delivers positive results and returns for our clients.

 

Administration Support Staff
