REAA Group Pty Ltd was established early in 2013 as a group of professional real estate negotiators acting for time poor clients to get superior results when buying or selling property.  REAA Property Management Brisbane Pty Ltd resulted from the success of REAA Group, with satisfied clients who had bought investment property within a 20km radius of Brisbane CBD looking for the same care and attention to be provided in managing their properties.  

REAA Property Management Brisbane is now the primary focus of the group, being a niche business upholding the vision of 'looking after your property, as we would our own'.  Our success to date is testament that we are upholding that vision.

Our Team

	Jason Michelmore – Director   Jason has been involved in managing property as well as buying and selling real estate since 1995.  As a property investor he has built a diverse portfolio that includes residential and commercial properties.  This experience enables REAA to think like landlords, to anticipate the issues and manage the properties with the same care and attention as if they were our own.
	Julie Hamilton - Partner   Julie is a financial services professional who brings a different skill set to the business.  Her success in senior management roles provides the understanding of the vital importance of building strong relationships and delivering a service second to none to property owners, tenants and other stakeholders in ensuring the properties managed are done so at the highest standard.
	Maryanne Woolcock – Senior Property Manager Maryanne’s professional skill set with regards to systems and processes is second to none.  With a financial services background in operations management, her enthusiasm for property management is evident in her day-to-day dealings with all matters regarding client needs.  Maryanne utilises proven management systems and procedures to ensure all properties are well maintained and receiving the best possible rental return on investment.  She is always contactable and believes that communication is the key to successful lasting relationships between owners, tenants and property managers.  She possesses an exceptional ethic and client focus.  As a result, she consistently delivers positive results and returns for our clients.

Administration Support Staff

Our administration and reception staff provide professional and invaluable support to the group, and are an integral part of the team.  Their client relations and ability to carry out specialised tasks are second to none.
